I'm a retired airline pilot that loves to learn and perfect new skills.  I've always been a huge baker but in the last decade, I got into sourdough baking and it is my passion! I started giving out my bakes to friends and family and it just grew into a fun and successful microbakery business!  I'm always trying out new recipes so my menus always stay fresh and yummy!
